Delivery
All of our deliveries are made by courier and various delivery options are available:
- Next Working Day Courier – DPD or DHL (Item Depending)
- Next Working Day Courier Before 12pm
- Next Working Day Courier Before 10:30am
- Next Day Courier – Saturday
- 3 Day Offshore Delivery
The charges for each service are shown in the table below. (Prices are exclusive of VAT @ 20%)

Please allow up to 72 hours for delivery to other zones.
Last Order Times
Order before 5:00pm weekdays and we can dispatch your order for next working day delivery.
Scottish customers must order before 4:00pm weekdays
This does not apply to the 48 hour zones listed above or to items marked with fixed lead times.
Delivery Addresses
We can deliver anywhere you would like, be it to your usual address, to site or direct to your customer. Simply specify your delivery address at the Checkout. Choose to save your delivery address for future use everytime you order.
Fixed Delivery Time Items
Certain Items are marked with fixed delivery times. Those are either assembled in house or they are supplied direct by the manufacturer.
We will contact you to confirm the delivery date once you place your order. A signature will be required on delivery
Order Tracking
Please email or call our sales team if you wish to receive any available tracking information.
Liability
Locks & Hardware Direct cannot be held liable for late deliveries from our courier and as such any courier charges will not be refunded. We operate services based on a next working day delivery basis where possible. Please note that overseas deliveries may take longer. We will endeavour to deliver your order as quickly as possible.
