These rivets have a steel-plated stem and Aluminium head which provides a neat appearance with a low profile. With a domed head style they are versatile and commonly specified.

With the head being double the diameter of the rivet body they provide more than sufficient bearing surface to retain all but the extremely soft or brittle materials.
